These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MyCrew website and all charter services operated by Imaginary Caravel Unipessoal Lda, RNAAT 415/2017.

By using this website or making a booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings depend on availability
• Confirmed only after full payment or deposit
• Prices vary by season and vessel
• Payments accepted via card, transfer or approved platforms

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Must be submitted in writing to info@mycrew.pt
• Specific refund rules apply to each product/service
• No-shows may result in loss of booking
• Weather/safety cancellations allow rescheduling or a full refund

3. Safety On Board

• Passengers must follow all crew instructions
• Boarding may be refused in cases of intoxication
• Children must be supervised
• A safety briefing and life jackets are provided

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Being on time
• Respecting the vessel and crew
• Avoiding prohibited items
• Ensuring fitness for the activity

Damages resulting from negligence may incur charges.

5. Weather & Operational Decisions

Trips may be modified or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions or safety requirements.
The captain has final authority.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety rules
• Delays caused by external conditions

Liability is limited as permitted by Portuguese law.

7. Personal Data

Data is processed under GDPR and described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law

Portuguese law governs these Terms & Conditions.
Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese court jurisdiction.
